Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx) – €8.00 – estimated delivery within 7-14 business days.
  • Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx) – €22.99 – estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by such events. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Bra Luxury Shop pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bra-luxury.shop. Returned items are generally processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
